Tweetfor those that dont know me im 24 years old 195 lbs and about 15%bf this would be my 5th cycle heres what i was thinking,
weeks 1-3 500mg a week test prop
weeks 1-12 500mg a week test cyp
weeks 1-6 dbol 50mg a day oral
weeks 1-12 deca 500mg a week
hcg at 500 week broke down over 2 inj's a week
pct will b nolva or clomid (depending on how i like nolva with my current cycle ending) and hcg
i am also debating eq to run at 800mg a week and maybe run the test longer with it but idk if i even need it and might save it to run it in the spring. what do you guys think?

TweetI personally hate deca so no way that'd be in my cycle but I'd up the test to 600 or drop deca to 400. Also I'd prob stop the deca after week 10 or 11 at the latest. Why the kickstart with prop and dbol? Seems like throwing money away to me? Eq would need to be run for considerably longer than 12 weeks so unless you want to run the cycle out longer I wouldnt add it in. I would also reconsider deca, with BF% at 15 already why run a comound thats going to bloat the s out of you? I think your better off if running as a 12 weeker:
1-6 Dbol (bulking phase)
1-12 Test
7-12 Winny,Var, or Tbol (leaning out phase)
But thats JMO, I dont like the idea of runnning a true bulker for 12 weeks with BF already a little on the high side.

Tweeti would lower the deca dosage to about 350mg. ive gotten the best results when i ran it at 2mg per lb of lean body mass. and i agree with alluprbody in that im a little old school when it comes to jumpstarts so id go with dbol or test prop not both. it might save you a little cash. just my thought but i hope it helps.

idk if you read md or not but in the dec 2011 issue there is an article about deca and how it may weaken tendons and collagen. check it out, it may help you re-think whatever weight and rep program you have layed out. best of luck on your cycle bro
