I'm currently 195 lbs, 5'10'', with a bf low enough to see the outline of my abs and some slight lines between them when I flex. I've been running 500mg test for about 8 weeks now. My weight has plateud (sp). I get about 3500 -4000 calories per day, sometimes more. Do I just need to use a higher dose of Test? Say 750mg/wk? I'm starting to think that this is about the max my body is going to do with only 500mg a week. I've been plateud for about 4 weeks now. I don't want to raise my calories too much higher because I want to stay RELATIVELY lean during the summer.
