      Curently running;
      500mg test e 3x week
      100mg prop 3xweek
      100mg tren a 3xweek
      100mg winny 3xweek
      15mgs halo 2xday

goals lean weight gain, current stats are 5'10" and 210lbs. I'd like to see a 15lb increase while staying lean. I eat just about every 3 hrs day and night. 6am, 9am, noon, 3pm, 7pm, 10pm, midnight.

I don't watch what i eat persay but i focus on getting protein and decent carbs at every meal. I have ulcerative colitis so dairy is pretty much out and shakes are a no go. My mainstays are chicken, steak, fish, ground meat, multi grain pasta, PBJ for snacks, turkey sandwhiches and tons of potatoes. I train 4-5 days per week about 1.25hrs. my split is chest, back&traps, arms, delts, legs. If i think i'll only get 4 workouts in then i pair bis with chest and tris with delts.
No direct ab work, partly due to time constraints and partly due to umbilical hernia which is awaiting surgery.
Cardio is just a 6 minute warmup on treadmill and my fast paced work repairing equipment.
      Supps
      1/2 scoop nanovapor preworkout
      1 eca stack
      during workout
      nosynthesize and size on
post finish duringworkout drink plus the new gatorade recovery
      N-A-C
      amino tabs

sounds like you've got every part of training, diet, and supps covered. how did you get the umbillical hernia? heard it was painful. also, what brand winni are you taking? I'm assuming its an inj, is it water or oil? wouldn't eca and intraworkout shake irritate stomach?

the eca does give me a quick bowel movement about 10min after administration but its nothing liken a full blown attack.
I'm not sure how i got the umbilical hernia, doc says it usually from twisting while straining so i think it came from moving the gym equipment around.
The winny is in oil and is blended with the tren and prop. It looks like motor oil and it does welt up a bit in the delt but it doesn't get infected or anything.
