      So how do you know if a muscle is maxxed out on how much liquid you can pump in there? I did my biggest shot of a total of 2.5ml. Here's my current cycle... 500mg test cym. a week shot 2x a week and tren 300mg a week eod. I'm in week 7 of the cycle so I don't think it was the way it was cut. I've changed nothing since every other shot I've already done. Any ideas fg?

      I think you will get varying opinions on this one but my 2 cents is:
      Glutes 3cc max per week
      Quads 2cc max per week
      Delts 1.5cc max per week
      If you keep rotating injection sites and stick to the above maximums, you should never be sore unless your gear has too much BA in it.

      BA is the mother of all soreness, i found that out when i switched to my second bottle of test in my cycle. shyt was sore and i developed a huge knot on my quad from it. deffinantly rotate like firstenrgy said.

      Hmm I alternate glutes so maybe the 2 big doses git the same side, bit they would have been 5 days apart.

      two big doses in the same area in the same week maybe a lil much. i just finished up a basic cycle and i was 250mg 2x/week, my rotation was left quad, right quad, right delt, left delt. that would be two weeks for me then repeat. it was 1cc per injection and i think it was plenty for me.
