TweetI just use fish oil and gelatin, they work best for me. I used to be a big fan on glucosamine/chondroitin and msm but over all I'm happy with my combo.
TweetDeca.
They call you paranoid until the worst happens, and in the aftermath they will call you a hero.

TweetLoads of fish oil. I dont take glucosamine or chondroitin anymore. I try to eat a lot of Pomegranate, dark red berries and blueberries, pineapple and grapefruit with the pith to keep down the inflammation. Seems to work. I really start drinking more 100% pomegranate juice if Im feeling any soreness anywhere. Its best to eat a lot of SuperFoods

TweetUniversal Animal Flex.
TweetIf there are clear arthritic changes in joint cartilage, I would try to drive some glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM to give it a little substrate to try and regenerate and reduce pain. And still take as many natural anti-oxidants as possible, and I would add turmeric(curcumin) into the mix. Turmeric is a very cheap anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-aging supplement.
TweetWell until I found all in one product called Metrx Joint Guard with Omega 3-6-9
