My rule has always been to quit drinking completely while running a cycle but I am really in love with beer so it has always been a somewhat hard sacrifice. Do you guy stop completely or still occasionally drink? I know with liver toxicity when on orals binge drinking is never a good idea.

      Talking Re: Alcohol on Cycle

I'm no pro, but I def knocked off the sauce for the cycle I'm on now, since I feel strange enough without booze. Sucks, too, 'cause my GF just bought me a new bottle of honey blended whiskey [my fav.] She was looking at me weird last night when I only drank water...

I always cut It out completely. I don't wanna raise my estrogen levels.

^ exactly. Both alcohol and marijuana have been known to raise estrogen levels. Plus alcohol has been shown to slow recovery. That's a bad combo for when you're on..I'm in the same boat as you right now and I've been drinking tazo's "calm" tea at night instead of alcohol

I have never had any thing out of the norm with my blood work, except my cholesterol.
The only oral I use is injectable D-bol and its usually 100mg/day.

I never drink- I think its the most poisonous thing you can put in your body, bad for energy, bad for sound sleep just all around bad for a athlete and bodybuilder. They just did some studies too and like the American Cancer Foundation deemed there is no safe amount to drink. Only post menopausal females who may be in danger of imenent heart diseas complications are recommended because the heart disease will kill them before the 20 or so cancers that will result from alchohol consumption. Plus I train my martial arts 4 hour day and Im so in touch with my energy levels- even one drink ruins me, so I never not even on new years eve or any occasion do I drink.

Excellent post. You are spot on about alcohol. No benefits whatsoever. Thanks for confirming that.

BL Golden Wheat is pretty good, if you can hold off on drinking too much. It has a nice flavor, which i like ( more of a malt) and smooth, unlike alot of the low fat beers. Try it out dude.
