If you had your choice and could build what you think is the "ULTIMATE CYCLE", for building and making lean mass gains, keeping BF gains to a minimum (not necessarily cutting though), all while avoiding any unnecessary bloat or water retention, what would it consist of, for how long would you run it and at what doses?
Also would you do any front loading pre-cycle or tapering at the end? if so why, what would be your reasoning for it?
