Stretching like a mother, also replenishing electros really helps minimize the acid. What really helps me though is getting some L-Glutimine in my system about 3 times a day, if I am pretty constant w/taking a couple shakes a day w/that I really dont have that much build up, even on a very burl workout day.

Really all of my workouts are pretty fast paced so i get kind of used to it and i have played soccer since I was little so im accustomed to the lactic acid burn and I love it. When most people would quit and rest I do another set of stadiums and add a weight vest, but honestly I really like the burn and i think you just have to push yourself harder through it to build up the tolerance. 3xs per week i do outside training doing straight sprints, wind sprints, sprints in the sand, up stairs with weight vest, every kind of jump and plyo exercise you can think of. This took me a while to get used too but after a few months your endurance and lactic acid tolerance goes through the roof. As far as dehydration and cramping, try adding a few drops of liquid minerals to your water and some BCAAs. Also keep moving around in between sets and give a quick massage to whatever part you are doing right before your set. I do this esp with chest and arms and i really notice a difference, I was always told that helps to move out the acid buildup and i believe it.
