I've injected into my calves this week since I ran 'out of space'. Man I shouldn't have done that. Have been able to walk propperly in 2 days. Area is real painfull, swollen, and feel leek it's ale ripped up inside.

Any cures? Heat? Cold? Painkillers killers? ...?

tough it out and don't do it again. why are you resorting to calves? if you're poking suspension twice/day, i could see that, but even pinning every day, your delts/quads/glutes gives you 6 places to rotate.

What did you injst? How long ago did you poke? Feel Hot?

I would take a few advil and put a warm compress on it for as long as you can.

I ran out of space. Delts hurt too. Tris also, bis even more. calves were a complete nightmare however.

Anyway, nothing helped, not pain killers, not warm compresses. I toughed it out and after 5 days I can finally walk little normally again. Should be gone be tomorrow I guess. Nothing to be repeated.
