      tough it out and don't do it again. why are you resorting to calves? if you're poking suspension twice/day, i could see that, but even pinning every day, your delts/quads/glutes gives you 6 places to rotate.

      I ran out of space. Delts hurt too. Tris also, bis even more. calves were a complete nightmare however.

      Anyway, nothing helped, not pain killers, not warm compresses. I toughed it out and after 5 days I can finally walk little normally again. Should be gone be tomorrow I guess. Nothing to be repeated.
