Tweeti always rotated quads and delts.
TweetInjecting 2, 3, or even 4 times a week can get uncomfortable in certain areas so rotation is key.
Where are you folks most likely to inject? What about least likely?
First choice for me is the glutes and second is the thigh. More recently been rotating in the thigh due to the issue i had discussed with you guys last week.
Rotation is key anyway to keep the receptors fresh

Tweetso you poke pretty high up, too? seems the higher i poke, the less chance of hitting any nerve endings. plus, its just so damn easy.

In poking in the quads, do you rotate top, bottom, left and right? Or is it more the same spot but rotate legs

Tweetglutes and delts for me.. i use to do quads but i have stuck to my delts and glutes more now...

TweetI would but having a bit of complications on the right side. From previous posts i still have that "golf ball" in my right cheek. Thanks to the info i received i no longer am panicing and it has definitely been getting smaller. Don't want to poke on that side for a while. The left side i had poked last Friday and feel a bit tender, nothing major, however did not want to poke there again on Monday. So...trying the quads.

Yep, thats where i have been going for info. But each variation seems to be just about the same spot. However, one standing, one sitting with leg up, sitting with leg down and the last on the opposite leg
TweetStrictly glutes and delts here. Never a problem except for an occasional painful knot that always goes away in a couple days
Tweetdepending what i'm on at the moment and injection frequency i'll hit glutes,delts,quads(which i just learned to love this past year)pecs and bi's.the smaller bodyparts i'll save for when i run TNE since it has to be done every day.i can hit inner/outer bicep,upper pecs and sometimes,altho very rare,triceps.
TweetWell I only hit delts, quads. Tried the glutes like twice and ended up feeling like I just got outta prison. Let me all ask you this, how painful is trap/bicep/tricep injections, cause I took a gander at that site injection website and ouch, that didnt look fun.
