i hit quite a few diff areas on my quads since tthats alli hit..key to quads is poke really slow...you can manipulate around the nerves that way...you can feel the sweet spot

YES! spot on. i went fast and hit a bunch of nerve endings...wow, weirdest feeling ever. almost made my whole damn leg twitch. upper/outer region, slow injection, and slow with pushing the plunger, and you're all good. very rarely ever painful too...with the exception of some 300mg test i had....like O2 has said in the past, it came with a donkey.
