TweetI have actually pressed 225lbs for 40 reps a few years ago which I was pretty proud of.
If I had to do it right now prolly 17-18 times
Tweet383 TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NAH **** I DUNNO NEVER TRIED REPPIN OUT WITH 225 BUT I KNOCE I CAN GET 15 AS MY SECOND WARMY UP SET
TweetWell after neck surgery last Sept. And really getting back in the gym the last 4-6 months I did 225 3 times after a full workout. I mean I dead several reps of 185 , 200, 215 before I attempted 225. And I never max out. I am just into looking good and feeling good. But with that comes strength. So after that I am stoked to get more reps of 225. Back a few years ago My max was 340 . But I was 220 and 8% bf with about a year of hard training behind me.
Tweetnever tried to rep out. i dont imagine it'd be too impressive. i quit using the bench a yr or 18mos ago and my shoulder is much happier!!! i never had a big bench anyways. idid like 285 or so for 8-10 reps on my best day!!

Tweet15, I could of got 16 but wimped out on it. That was a while back. My strenght is down due to my surgeries and being out of the gym. I'm 44 due to be 45 in a month. I'm with skinnyman on this. Seems like if I try to hard I just end up hurting myself. I don't heal as fast as I used to......
TweetI have no idea. I rack it well before muscle failure because of my old shoulders.
I could get it a couple times.
I'm all about just being healthy and fit now-days. I have abs, and don't do ab training. My lab results are tops, and I'm agile as ever. well,lol...agile for the average mid 30s.hah.
I want my joints to last, so I can do what I have to to look good when I'm an old man.
Tweetim trying to get my bench up right now..i did 250 for 3 sets of 6 last week..slowly getting there. Next time I hit 225 for reps I will get a video maybe we can have our own little challenge on here
TweetProbably around 25-27 times right now. been having some pretty bad shoulder issues though. About a year ago before my shoulders started bothering me I could do sets of 30...
