TweetHere's how I ran it the last time...
Weeks 1-12
Test Propionate 100mg 2x/week. (started with 50mg and then kicked it up)
EQ 25mg 2x/week
Considered primo but went with EQ
Weeks 1-2
T-bol 20mg/day
Weeks 3-4
T-bol 30mg/day
Weeks 5-10 (I started to carry it to 12 weeks but didn't)
T-bol 40mg/day
I added this to help combat estrogen, 1mg of Adex every other day.
(Keep in mind though, You donot want to run it for too long
because it can eat away at your bones and speed up the onset of osteoporosis. Like Letro, long term use can cause joint pain.
Also Up your calcium while on it and try not to run test any longer than 8 weeks at a time.)

TweetI tried it a few years ago when it first started becoming popular. I thought it was excellent. Not much bloat from it, and very good strength gains considering I took it alone. I ran it for about 5 or 6 weeks and made good gains in strength plus about 8-10 lbs in body weight.

TweetDoes it give the same bulking as var. I used var and i didnt like the bulking. If this tbol is more of a cutting, maybe i will try it with an ester. It doesnt aromatize right? My objectives may be dif than some of yours.

TweetT-Bol's gains are slow, solid and usually hang around for the stay after your cycle has long passed, provided you keep your diet in check as well as your training routine. T-bol and Var are very similar as far as gains are concerned, but I would consider T-bol to be much stronger for the most part. At least with my experiences with it. The strength gains are very impressive on it as well. Its a very self gratifying AAS, as well as a confidence booster. I consider it among the feel good AAS's.
I wouldn't consider Anavar a bulking AAS. Were you cycling it with anything else? I don't think I have ever heard any females speak of bulking from Anavar, you have me curious now!

TweetIf you are refering to my post, yes it did, but im sure im just an exception. In the word "bulk" i meant that i was putting on bulk in areas i didnt want. I have been hearing that tbol will give you leaner gain, but since ive never used it i can not speak to its results. I was talking on another board about using primo with it, but this woman said she was getting virile off the primo, so it kinda scarred me. Maybe i should start a cycle thread on this, lol..
TweetPrimo is another very safe alternative for women, provided you run it correctly and don't go over board with its dose. Its considered a cutting drug, which we use for contest prep all the time. I've never experienced any virilizing sides from Primo.
T-bol will most likely give you the same results that var gave you. Michelle, why don't you start a thread in the females area and tell us about your past cycles, results and so on, maybe we can decide on something that will give you the results you are searching for.

TweetThis person perhaps did not know how to run primo..and you know some ppl...they give neg advice based on their own results of sides, when in fact maybe they didnt do the proper research. I dont know?? I can not use testosterone at this point. I will post up, but it is very simple. I want to do a cutting cycle with primo/var or tbol..Ill post it later in the Ladies Anabolic Forum.
TweetGood stuff. Strength gains come very nicely and you will notice them around the 8th day. Gains are solid without and bloat.
