TweetOk I have a guy in the gym who doesnt know how to cycle at all.He will tell me stuff like I take prop 2x a week or sometimes he will take tren 2x a week. Or he will run EQ at 200mg a week now I cant see EQ working at 200-300 mg a week for anyone to get the maximum benifits out of it EQ imo should be run no less then 400-500 min thats at the low end.. Isnt that what we want to make sure we run our dosages correctly. Not to much or not to high and make sure our healthy eating is in check. Getting our calories proteins and carbs ratio just right.Now I know that running test at 250mg can work for some people but some types of gear needs to be run longer and more mg a week imo. Any other thoughts. I keep telling him if you dont have enough gear dont run it. Some people just dont listen to good advice
