TweetI hit my bicep one time with winny. Thre was no redness or swelling. I only did a cc. It was the most uncomfortable shot ever, and left my bi sore. sucked during workout. I'll never do it again.

Now tris are totally different for me. I can do those fine. if needed.

I probably do it a few more times just because I have several 5/8inch pinz left. But I definitely prefer the glutes and quads.

The guy that suggested I try said the volume in the shots will actually help stretch the fascia in smaller muscle groups; which makes sense.

Do you know what size pin your roommate used?

TweetI used to only hit the bi's and tri's but after a hell of a bad experience, I only use my bi's to inject B-12 complex. Gear, usually 1-1.5 cc, goes in the tri's or quads.

My bad experience came from injecting 1.5 cc of deca/Test E into my left bicep and I'm not sure if I had hit a nerve or just over injected. But my bicep felt like stone and I could hardly use my left arm for nearly a week. And that didn't go too well at my job, especially while driving buses.
