This is all I could find....I was thinking something like it.....the gear has to impact serotonin so research which AAS's have the biggest impact on serotonin levels may hold your answer.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There's this herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.
If you're unable to take St John's Wort, you can substitute it with Siberian Ginseng or Licorice Herb.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced... you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction... There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to....

I am on EQ now and no anxiety for me. I would assume tren or anything that would mess with the metabolic rate and such.

I have never had anxiety from tren.

When I'm on...I acutally feel more relaxed....I believe personally it has to do with confidence in my own mind.

i have never personally had any issues except with tren and that was not with anxiety it was with irritability but i have read reports over the years of people having problems with eq. It's been awhile though and it could of just been info that people used to spread just b/c they read it and wanted to repeat it.

Its an individual thing...Tren, deca, eq, and even test in high doses have been associated with increased anxiety levels. I know a competitor who takes xanax the whole last 4 weeks of prep. Just another part of the process...but if you can substitute one for another I feel that it would be worth the peace of mind.
Individual responses to gear and combinations of gear is at the heart of it.
