Gear picked up at Border?
TweetI just got a notice in the mail about some of my gear i ordered a while ago being seized at the border. Dont really care about it since I got some new stuff resent to me. But has anyone every had this happen to them? Any canadians on this forum that can help me out? Just wanted to know if the next time i cross the border are they gunna give me a hard time? Or will I be ok?
Thx...got a college football game to go to next saturday, and i dont wanna miss out.

Tweetactually because the package was coming from europe...only the canadian customs would know of this correct? so going over the border to the US shouldnt be a problem right? make sense? And I can always deny that i ever ordered any of that stuff too right?

TweetI can't see where they can really do anything- you never recieved it, nor were you caught with it and you have never been convicted of it- so there realy is no reason to be worried unless your carrying it with you when you try to cross

As you said you never recieved it so they can't do anything but in the U.S. they would send you a form and tell you to sign AND RETURN IF YOU WANT THE PACKAGE. IF YOU DID THAT, WELL YOU ADMITTED TO IT BEING YOURS AND THEY WILL COME PICK YOU UP.Sorry for the caps.
