TweetYou can use them together if you like, but I prefer (when I used PCT) to run just Clomid alone . The Nolva is just in case you have Gyno issues, but I would almost swing to using A-dex instead. Either will work. I have read many different articals that some say Nolva helps your natural test levels come back and some say it doesn't. I used Clomid for bringing my levels back and A-dex to control the elevated Estrogen during the dip while coming off. Now ideally for me the use of IGF in the last 2 weeks of the cycle and throughout PCT always did me best, but its all trial and error for what you respond with

TweetIGF1 during pct is awesome that is for sure. I always use a high level of tribulus for PCT along with an anti-e. So ill do somewhere between 5-10 grams of trib a day starting 2 weeks before the end of the cycle, dose depends on how shut down i am. Then i will slowly back down the trib until I am at about 3 grams and run that ed till the next cycle. I also use an anti for 4 weeks after the cycle ends to help with estrogen rebound.

I like PCT as only Clomid but thats just me. Seems there are so many theories on PCT i just use whats worked for 15 yrs......
