Tweetwell not sure if it will be the same as Gear but on PH/DS you preload 2 weeks prior to cycle and run throughout ( cycleAssist from CEL ) it has Hawthorne Berry Extract / Celery seed extract and a few other things that help on cycle. this will help with BP. if you just have Celery seed extract that will work pretty fast

Tweetif you take about 1-2 ounces of apple cider vinegar it will help reduce blood pressure, healthier skin, i have heard it reduces heart burn, among other things. When i took it i mixed a shot glass full with some water in a cup first thing in the morning and shot it down.

TweetI'm a firm believer in aromasin in all my cycles at 12.5mg ed. If it doesn't quiet bp down then I try 25mg ed. I also like 25mg ed for pct for 6 wks with clomid at 25mg ed also.
