      Some folks say up to 40 but new research says closer to 60.

      I think age and your general genetics play a large role in this. When I was die hard and tracked each meal (weighing on scale etc.) and in my calculation I could take in about 45-55 at once each hour or so without storing fat excessively. Meaning my BF % would not raise drastic. Granted this was crude and me doing it isn't the greatest science project, but it is what I came up with. I was 24-26 at the time. I'm now 31 and there is no way my metabolism will let me put down 50mg in an hour. I now go lower and more frequent...staying around 35-40 (maybe 50) in 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. Everyone is different, but this is what I do. When on cycle I'm generally lower anyway due to muscle recovery time etc. Play with it and if you start getting a bigger pouch...back it off. lol.       I've heard approximately 30g; however, you can increase that by including HCL with your protein intake... the most important thing about protein consumption isn't the amount you ingest but the amount you can actually digest and absorb...
