      I remeber a while back there being a few articles about guys bridging cycles of running 5-10mg of d-bol in the morning. it simulates your morning test spike so it will not shut you down. im sure the gains are minimal but i have 100 tabs laying around and im off right now?

      anyone got any experience with this or any insight? whats the most i could run without shutting myself down. Ill be back on the shit in a month or so. i dont plan on running it when i go back on. 35mg a day makes me pump out and i have to be able to run and swim at work.

      I have never done it, I have heard people do a better job of keeping their gains while in between cycles. I would run 10 mg a day spread out through the day to take advantage of the half life in your system. IMO

      ok i have tried this one time to help bridge my pct and it actually worked pretty well. It really depends on when you work out for when you want to take the dbol. let me know when you work out and ill try and help you set this up

      I dont see how this would not shut you down. Dbol aromatizes worse than test and will rais your estrogen causing a negative feedback supressing your natural test even at 5mg. I have bridged with a low dose of test for a long time. Actually about 2 years now without totally coming off. Now I am totally off and havnt had a shot for 3 weeks and feeling fine cause im running nolva, adex, and alot of tribulus. Cant stand the moodiness of clomid. I took 25mg clomid the other day and just about lost it in a jewlery store when someone cut in line.

      Realy the only reason I stoped crusing inbetween cycles was i jacked both my shoulders up otherwise I would still be nonstop on the juice. When I was crusing i would only run 200mg/week test cyp shot once every 7-10 days. All I have to say is yes it kept most my size on and even when i cruis people tell me i still look jacked but im also on hgh at a low dose when off the big cycles.

      I also still think i recoverd somewhat when running a low dose of test with my pct as usual. I mean when im on a cycle i do as much as a gram of test with 600mg deca and drol or dbol so its a big break from such a heavy cycle. My advice bro is if you want to cruise on something cruise on test at a low dose. you still arnt going to recover as well as totally coming off but it wont be as bad as running d-bol every morning. D-bol realy shuts most people down and its not letting your liver rest either. A low dose of test will let your liver rest.

      Thats just my opinion..

      all my cycles are a low dose of test. i usually run 500mg a week of a long ester test for about 10 weeks. occasionally ill run 250mg a week for about 12 weeks.

      im not sure if 5mg a d-bol a day would suppress my test levels.

      The point of the d-bol was to simulate your natural test spike in the morning so your body does not shut down your natural test production. im not really bridging cycles just looking for something to kill the pain of being off. lol.;

      I guess the thing im not realy understanding is how dbol stimulates your natural test production. Dbol even in low doses is said to be very supressive to the HPTA from what ive heard..

      i'm sure it's an individual thing. its just one of those try it and find out things. i highly doubt it would hurt anything. actually, if you're not starting your actual cycle for another month, 15mg/day (3 tabs/day granted they're 5mg) will last a nut hair over a month, i'd go with 10mg in the morning then the other 5 in the afternoon. why not, if you decide not to, send them to me and i'll try it and see how it goes. lol

      I've never tried this, but the idea behind this is to take advantage of the relatively short half-life of dbol. You body produces about 85% of its natural test at night, and only about 15% during the day. Natural test levels are at a peak in the morning when you wake. In theory, if you take 5-10mg of dbol after waking it will prevent post-cycle losses to an extent by simulating test in your system during the day. The short half-life and low dose mean that the dbol will be sufficiently metabolised by the time you go to bed, so that your natural test production will not be hindered. That is the theory anyway.

      I am also curious to see if anyone else has tried this?

      i did it for a while. i felt great. no matter what your not gonna be shut down by it and it was atleast a mental edge. ill do it post cycle every time. after pct wait a week or 2 then hit it. I would do it for 1-2 weeks then off for 1 or 2 then back on. sometimes i would just take a tab on days i worked out.

      well heres how you get by this. never come off again. after a cycle maintain a low dose 250mg a test a week until your next cycle,along with hcg. ask a urologist who is experienced with bb builders.as for the dbol imo I think its a waste

      +1 this is the best way. There is no need to come off. Family doctors or whatever will tell you the same propaganda they hear about it, but a specialist, as Fuzo mentioned, endocrynologist, urologist, will confirm the healthiest way to maintain target hormone levels is to supplement. And there is no ending supplemental hrt because the average, make that every human being, male and female's natural test production subsides with age. Males dropping by early 20s. HRT leads to a happier, healthier life. Several German universities have proven, by non-biased studies, the many benefits of long term testosterone use. These German universitie's studies have been the best and most accurate studies of testosterone. I'm sure our universities could compete, but the results would negate all that's been blasted out by our government, and ruin the whole steroid monster image they've created.
