TweetI don't think aas has really made as much of a difference in aging as simply working out has. I've seen so many people from school that have gotten enormous where back then they were in shape. Most people just don't stay active, and that's one of the worst things you can do to your body.

I was just thinking this morning how so many people are out of shape and how many new people I see starting a training program don't even want to experience discomfort, so they never see results and they eventually quit going. I literally heard one of the ladies at they gym say when it starts to burn - stop. WTF

This same ladies friend told me this morning that it was too hot; I guess she has something against sweating - the thermostat was set on 66'. I wanted to say: "LOSE SOME PHUCKING WEIGHT!" LOL, I"m in the middle of a thermostat war at my gym..

this past August i took my family to the local county fair which i cannot stand to go to, but went anyway without complaining and saw a bunch of people i went to school with, and as they were taliking to me they kept eying me up and down.It was funny and sad cuz they were all out of shape and saying, "dude,your huge or you really look great" and in the same breath started telling me how they are doing financially and in life, kinda as if to make up for being slobs.....my wife picked up on it first and it was rather aggravating. Now so you don't think i'm some smartass, i stay pretty much covered up, or loose clothes when it's hot, i don't try to show off, so it was funny how others react.

TweetTo be honest no,..im not happy. I lost alot of weight and tone (15lbs) nothing like when I was in that wasting stage,.my god ! I just can be looking and feeling a whole lot better, and will be soon as I get my plan all together. as far as being on ? oh hell yeah it helped ! I felt and looked great,.actually the best in all my life at this age and being poz as I posted before. sure it helped, hell I go over this again and again with my Doc's and they just wont be convinced. geez, isn't the proof in the puddin'? and im being legit too go figure. I betcha if I needed some Oxy's or Dilaudid he'd have the pad out and asking how many. but again, I know im allways willing to never jus quit or whatever so yeah,.maby not in shape as I wanna be but I will be soon so no worries.

Like bowbow I've had a bit of down time that past several months but back at it.
It's a lsow go but it's something.
Last night I was 265 at 5'11" and normally I'd be happy with that but the weight gain has all been in the gut and butt!

Tweeti look much better now then i have ever except the hair situation ... a lot of the folks i went to school have let them self's go so i feel pretty good... but i want to be more and the difference is they eat more and i train more to better myself..

TweetI would say I am pleased. I am told all the time that I look great but I see myself everyday so there are still aspects I am not completely satisfied with. That's what keeps me in the gym and working hard while the rest of the gym folks socialize.
