Tweetyeah i usually go by the time on time off rule myself.. but if bloodwork says everything is in check ive been known to jump back on early..

Tweetyep, general rule of thumb....time on equals time off. I agree completely. but some do get back on a little bit early, which can be fine too

TweetI set a weight threshold. The time is always greater than my time off. I will not let myself get below a certain weight and work extra hard at eating and training to take as long as I can to hit that weight.
Last go round I was on 4 months and off 7.
