TweetI personally have found that I respond best to 500mg test doses and 40mg orals...in most cases. I have tried the larger doses and seemed to only get more sides and retain more water. I think it is important for everyone to know their own body and what it takes for the best results. I personally prefer a moederate dose even if it means a little less gains. I also believe in lengthy times off, at least the same as the time on. Nonetheless, I typically will use 3-4 compounds in one cycle. A long ester of test (exception prop for jumpstart), dbol, eq and/or winny. Sometimes I will only run prop and winny or dbol.
