i wouldn't say NOT harming the thyroid, it has to be effected in some way being that you're ingesting a synthetic hormone mimicking the job of the thyroid...so because of that, the thyroid would be shut down to some degree.

i'm pretty sure it converts to 25% (roughly) to t3....not sure i worded it right, but basically if you ingest 100mcg of t4, it will convert to roughly 25mcg of t3.

T3 is much more effective than T4 IMO. I love T3 and have used it many times. I haven't had any problems from it. Just use it right and don't abuse it. If you're looking to do a cutter though, it can't be beat.

I usually run it for 8 weeks, pyramid up to 100mcg/day. If this is your first time using it do the standard 6 week pyramid. You will definately notice it at 75mcg, and could stay there if you wanted. 100 is awesome. There is absolutely no need to go over 100/day.

I've also run it during 12 week bulkers at 25mcg/day for the duration of the cycle. It enhances protein uptake at that level without causing any weightloss, and I truly believe I saw better results when I ran it like that. At 50mcg you'll notice gains stop completely, 75 and up for weightloss.

I'm no expert, don't get me wrong, but I swear by the effectiveness of this stuff. With T4, the conversion rate is about 25% like stated above, so you have to take that much more to get anything out of it. I wouldn't bother.
