      I'll switch from liv 52 to plain ole milk thistle. It seems to work well. A cycle I did in the past had my liver enzymes all jacked and I was gettin bruises from nothing. I got back on my milk thistle and everything got back to normal. I knew better than to run drol and tren without anything supplementing my liver but was just bein stupid I guess.

      Liv-52 for me. I took Milk Thistle and just about the time it's supposed to kick in (six weeks) I started getting all damn itchy all over my body. My skin started getting reddish all the time too. So, I cut out the Milk Thistle and it went away. I forget how long it took to go away but it was the Milk Thistle for sure.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
