Not necessarily. I'm not condoning this behavior by any means, but I knew a slim built guy that partied all the time and he looked like he spent a couple hours a day trianing by just running a good stack. He didn't eat worth shyt. Didn't train a day. Just party hearty lifestyle and a good cycle and he looked like he trained hard. With that said, he's a dipshyt dumbass, and would've looked that much better if he would wise up and do right. You can still look good and notice the effects of juice, but you really gotta eat, train and rest well, like rado says, and your benefits will be much greater.
