      i hit the gym like a mad man.

      i take a few supplements like trib and zma. I also take st. johns wart and some 5hpta for the emotional side effects.

      I always actually ease up a bit, and try not to break my muscles down too bad. It also gives the joints a little time to recover.

      Cycle? I don't understand? You mean..... you mean..... anabolic steroids?!!!?!! OMG, they're bad for you and illegal. I didn't think anyone here does them? Man, all these years, I thought this was a board for buying fitness equipment and fitness gear. Hence the name "Fitness geared". I just though some Lebanese guy came up with the title and meant to say "Fitness Gear". but the name stuck.

      ha! well, i use provigil, welbutrin, prozac, tribulus, lots of C and E and zinc and mag and b6, also i try to only come off for 6months every 16 - 18 months. i want to start using IGF in my off time. but cycle is a word i use lightly because i like to be "on" more then "off"

      After PCT I just keep my diet in check and make sure that I'm consuming enough calories, protein carbs and the whole nine yards.

      I believe the best way to maintain your gains after your cycle is to get the best possible sleep. 8-10 hours.

      when and if i do come off which is actually very rare - i usually just stay at a very very low dose. but again if i do go 'off' i dont use anything or do anything different.

      sorry - i know most would disagree but it works for me and i dont do any sort pct anymore for personal reasons.

      they have an indirect effect on my gains. there effect is mediated from them being VERY helpful at keeping me going to the gym. when off chems, there are times i dont want to go to the gym and lack motivation. the welbutrin helps especially along with provigil, to keep me motivated.
