      i used igf solo. didnt see much from it other than it appeared i lost BF a little faster and easier. i got a little more vascular and didnt loose lean mass when dieting.

      i would say a higher dose would work better 75 mcg-100 ed for 4 weeks

      yep I would use them individually, I personally got hypo on igf and really didnt like it. on GH I have gotten a lot better results, of course I have been on Gh for a while now but I love it. If you have the money and can stay on for a while GH is the way to go

      Solo for me too. I would be scared of the hyop part that merc mentioned. I already get effects from low blood sugar so that stuff would just make them even worse. GH by itself over a 6 month period will do you wonders. If you can run aas during 12 to 16 of those weeks you will get even better results. But, make no mistake, GH by itself will add muscle and get you leaner, it's just not going to pop upover night. How do you think pro football players add 20 to 40 pounds of muscle after college and get faster? GH. I doubt a whole lot of players in the NFL use aas over GH. GH can't be tested for like aas can and it heals the body faster so they can continue to take that beating for 16 weeks like they can.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
