I know a guy who runs winny only. Short cycles, and only winny. Never does any pct and never experiences any sides. (i.e. loss of sex drive, shrinkage of the boys, etc.?) So my question is, can you bridge cycles with it?

Well, my first guess is that it's fake. Winny, just like anything else, will shut you down. Maybe not as much as others, but it will. Also, winny is very tough on tendons as it makes them brittle. You boy may be having some success with this now, but it will catch up to him. One day he's going to be doing something he does all the time and 'snap', there goes a tendon. IMO, winny is the worst for building muscle. If you want to be hard, then go with EQ, tren, tbol or var. I took winny one cycle and within three weeks I have problems with my tricep tendon, patella tendon and rotators. As soon as I got that stuff out of my system, the pain started going away. EQ will give you the same hardness, better vascilarity and will increase collagen production to keep tendons strong. It takes longer to get in your system but has much less sides, so it's a better choice IMO. If you want something faster, I would do tbol then.

PS- here's anothing to think about. If you use winny as a bridge and lets say you just pushed your bench up 50 pounds on your last cycle, with that extra weight and your tendons becoming brittle from the winny, it will lead to problems.

I guess it depends on the individual. I'm on EQ now and I don't see the hardness or vascularity that I did with winny. I think I'll add winny in every cycle from now on.

I wouldn't bridge with anything. I used to think that bridging was a good idea, but the more that you think about it the worse the idea becomes.

Your body needs time off. You liver needs to recover. Your lipid profile could be screwed up. Your blood pressure might need to regulate. You balls need to get back in gear.

There are a hundred good reasons to come completely off for 8-12 weeks to get your body back to normal and only one good reason to stay on year round. That is if you are going to be competing in the Olympia. Other than that, I don't think that there is a good reason.

You friend may think that he is not experiencing sides, but he will feel them someday. We can put our bodies through a lot of stress before they break down, but when a guy crumbles from being on juice too long its bad.

I had a bro that had bas severe depression. He was cruising 500mg of test for a long time and he was borderline suicidal after many months of being on. Obviously, this doesn't happen to everyone, but its just another good example of why you should come off every once in a while.

My advice would be to forget about bridging with winstrol. If you want to use it while you are on cycle then you should feel free to do so, but if you are off cycle you should not be using any AAS at all.

      Thats just my two CCs.

Good advice. I agree, you need time off, both pysical AND mental. Good advice.

Absolutely! To me it's kinda the same when people use deca expecting it to be a magic drug with shoulder issues. I know guys who's shoulders were screwed so they decided to hit some deca and test, well the shoulders got a bit better, but so did the strenght with the test and added bodyweight and it wasn't long before they were in the same boat again and couldn't understand why.
