you will definitly notice strength gains ..i also have had shoulder pain and it slowly getting better better not sure if it because of the npp or the cortozone shot from a month ago but shoulder is getting better and better

def its cotizone shot son.... i need to get one..i havent got one for 1 year and couple of months
