Tweetbro i was off for the longest time ever in my entire life
TweetAre you putting alot of strain on your neck muscles when pushing the weight? Try really concentrating on using arms and chest muscles for this and not put strain on the neck when you are benching etc. Heavy breathing is alot to do with weight gain due to aas usage, and depending on what compounds you use. Example: heavy anadrol use in particular. You can also get it from clen or esters that are strong like tren. Im tending to think it is more that you are putting heavy strain on your throat and neck muscles when pushing weight and causing tension and possibly even sprain. Like i said, concentrate on the muscle groups you are using during weight training and dont use you neck muscles to get you the extra push. It is not good.

Tweeti dont use my neck homeboy......
TweetNevr had this happen to me...sounds like a cramp but have u taken Benadryl in case its histamine...
Tweet^ i thought benedaryl for rash!!!!!!!
TweetBenadryl is used for refreshing receptors. Mike, i know for fact many ppl pushing heavy weight will even not knowingly be putting strain on the neck or even possibly the esophagus. That is why it may hurt when swallowing, from a strain to the esophagus. Iam just giving some examples of what it could/might be. Also, may be the onset of a upper respratory problem. If it is bothersome, best bet is to go to the drs and have him/her check it out.
TweetBM - since you were off so long, these high doses may be too much for you. Just a thought. Also, aren't you taking a new kind of drol? You might want to cut it out and see if that helps. Your health is more important than your size bro.
Tweetman i was not using my neck at all, and i was thinkning what u were saying but its not it..gonna try benadryl and see what happens.
