      Hey guys-

      I'm looking for some experienced feedback on starting up my first cycle. First off, I'm 32 y/o, 5'8", 165#, ectomorph, hard gainer. Been actively lifting since I was 18. No prior cycles to this point, nor have I ever taken any pro-hormones. The gains I have been able to make have been through busting my a$$ in the gym, good supplements and following a very strict diet (more on diet in another post).

      Proposed cycle:
      -Test E 500mg q/wk (maybe cyp @ 400 q/wk)
      -Clomid 20mg
      -PCT being nolva @ 300mg day1, 100 day2, and 50 days 3-21.

      Just looking for some feedback before going ahead and getting the gear. Thanks in advance for the help.

      the test only cycle is the smartest move on a first cycle. You wont need more than 5-600mg a week. I like HCG at the end of the cycle and clomid after HCG. I am not a fan of nolvadex. You sound like you are on the right track.

      Nolva gives me a freakn headache @ 50mg ed, & ur proposing 300mg on day1. OUCH! Remember CLO is part of PCT try not to start it too soon after ur last pin. By the way how long r u lookn go 8/12/24 wks?

      Plan on going for 10-12 weeks. Ideally, I'm looking for clean, lean gains of ~ 15lbs. I've got my diet pretty well dialed in and have been fine-tuning it oer the past few weeks.

      I'd like to hear of other's proposed PCT, if possible. I have been going through the archieves and came across this (300/100/50) and have been trying to find as much information as I can.

      Suggestions?

      AS LONG AS YOUR DIET IS ON POINT, 400-500MG/WEEK FOR 10-12 WEEKS WILL YEILD SOME NICE GAINS. AGAIN, ITS ALL IN YOUR DIET, THESE AREN'T MAGIC INJECTIONS YA KNOW.

      Here's somthin I used during my last cycle. https://www.bulkmuscle.com/pct/ it helpd calc when 2 start PCT. This thing takes into a acct the TE esters helps pin point the day that PCT would be best optimized.

      I don't have 2 big of problem w/ gyno so 40-50 mg ed of Nolva is good for me during the actual PCT phase I chose sumthin like this:

      wk 1: clomid 100mg Nolva 40mg
      wk 2: clomid 50mg Nolva 30mg
      wk 3: clomid 50mg Nolva 20mg

      The cycle itself, enthanate @ 500 mg per week looks good. I've never run Nolvadex as part of PCT so I cannot help there. I'll run HCG (say 500iu 2x per week) beginning a few weeks into the cycle to help keep testicular atrophy at bay. Then I'll jump into clomid therapy a few weeks post cycle, depending upon which compounds I've used in my cycle.

      Shit, my bad. I screwed up the PCT schedule. What I MEANT to write was:

      PCT- CLOMID
      3 weeks after last injection
      1ST DAY 300MG OF CLOMID
      2ND DAY 100MG OF CLOMID
      THEN FOR THE NEXT 19 DAYS 50MG A DAY 21 DAYS TOTAL OF PCT

      ALL LOOKS GOOD BRO...TEST ONLY CYCLE IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO BUDDY....500-600MG A WEEK AND YOU SHOULD BLOW UP WITH PROPPER DIET AND EXERCISE OF COURSE.....

      Your pct should start two weeks after last shot, Not 3
      I also run the 100mg dose of clomid for 7 days before droping to 50 mgs.
      Test E or C with be fine also.
      Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups

      If you want to run nolva as part of pct, imo id run it with clomid. Like 100mg clomid for 1 wk and 3wks at 50, run nolva 20mg a day thruout pct. Ppl have different ways of running clomid like 300-100-50, but with this cycle of just test, i think this will work good for you.

      I think you have the nolva and clomid backwards bro! With that said, the clomid, in my opinion, should be 300 mg day 1, 150 mg day 2, 100 mg days 3-7, 50 mg days 8-21. But that's my opinion. Also, I would take the nolva unless you know for sure you are prone to gyno. Limiting estrogen will limit gains so even if you do take it, I wouldn't start it until half way through. Again, that's my opinion.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.
