Tweeti dont think coming off made it high but while i was on and just now caught it..so i was wondering lets see how it does after a week or two off

TweetThat seems high because I'm still on and even during the stress of my surgery and all that sruff the doc told me 'you are healthy as a horse'. My BP was 120/70 and my HR was like 78-80. This was pre surgery and I was nervous as hell. So, with all my anexity and aas in my system I was still lower than you.
What are you at normally? HR is also very dependant on your cardio strength. The stronger your cardio system is the lower the number will be. Look at Lance Armstrong, there were times during the Tour De France that his HR was in the 30's. That's one strong ass cardio system right there. Of course, there are times he's at 200 also, but to be in a race and be that low just shows how well condition he is cardiovascularly. I personally wouldn't panic but I would do a resting HR test. You need to lay down on the couch without ANY stimulation, no TV, nothing. Wait 5-10 minutes and measure your HR. That's yoru resting HR. If it's still high then you need to strongly consider doing cardio 4 days a week. And not ***** footing around on some stationary bike or treadmill. You need to really tax your cardio system for 45 - 60 minutes those 4 days. You give that 6 to 8 weeks and I guarantee your resting HR will drop significantly. It will take a little while, but when your resting HR is down in the 60's, I'd say you were doing pretty good. It may take 3 months but this is your heart we are talking about so take the time to do this.
Tweetthanks bro !! i do no cardio at all! just heavy ass training 5 xs a week...im under lots of stress also so i know that makes it jump some also
