TweetI m wondering.. how do they know what to take when and how and how much ...
Is there really alota things that they know that makes the most ouf of their AS use? ... and are these things writen any where?
I mean i do understand many of them dont openly admit how much they do and what they do and all the details but there are 100s of pros out there... and those pros should tell stuff to their friends and the info should leak out some how...

TweetActually a lot of them know less then some of the people on this board, i would say most...they hire guys like Chad Nicholls, Chris Aceto etc...gurus that are known for great knowledge and those are the people that are behind the cream of the crop BB.

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

Tweethonestly, they dont know anything we dont. Most dont take more than we do. They had good genetics, which allowed them to grow at a young age. They decided early on to try to be pro BBers. So their life revolves around sleeping, eating, and training. Im sure if some of this could do this for a year, we would be bigger. But, their genetics play a huge role. I dare say some people on these boards take more than they do. True most of them do not come off, Tom Prince said hes on 500mg of test and 400mg of deca year round, although im sure he cuts out deca around contest time. I would say a pro offseason stack is something fairly simple. 1-2g of test, around 800mg to 1g of either Deca or Eq, and they run an oral like dbol or drol every so often. Contest time prop or suspension close to a gram, 50mg of winny ed, some tren, and anti-e's. clen and t3. Most IFFB pros run GH year round, as well as slin while bulking. Nothing really extroidnary or fancy.
