i've finished my cycle..that felt like I was year on instead of 12wks..

tren/prop/winny .. excelent cycle.. I got the results I wanted.. now my PCT starts.. after I'm done with my PCT and all..what should I do regarding diet, training..etc...and also will I retain the gains I got from tren.. basicly vascularity and definition.. also will the strenght at least stay for few more weeks.. or..will I notice any decreases whatsoever.. I know tren gains are pretty much not difficult to keep.. so..

should i change my workout plan.. liftin heavy 4 sets 6 ..or lower reps..but super heavy or what.. also diet.. still keep it fairly clean or...

i wanna continue looking like this.. until i get my bf under single digits.. then bulking could start again..
