Tweetmy back and side always cramp up when I turn all the way around to hit the glutes...lol I hate that shit!
TweetI AGREE GLUTES ARE THE BEST AND MOST COMFORTABLE PLACE TO HIT, BUT I HATED HITTING THEM BECAUSE I HAD TO CONTORT MY BODY AND WASN'T STEADY ENOUGH TO HOLD THE SHOT, I COULD GET THE JOB DONE BUT MY MUSCLE WAS SO TORE UP FROM MOVING THE PIN AROUND SO MUCH MY CHEEK WOULD BE SORE FOR 2 WEEKS. IF SOMEONE ELSE HIT ME THERE NO PROB PAINLESS AND WASN'T EVER SORE AFTER THE SHOT.

Tweetyou'll get back to them in time, i always have a problem site when i am on... in the meantime explore some less used sites, like bi's, tris, lats, calves... They are godsends! When i am running something ed i couldn't live without them!
I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.
