TweetYou have to take in alot of creatine for it to effect your kidneys, lol! That is unless you are already having kidney probs. She must have got her info from a general practioner.

Tweetcreatine is fine..when taken properly..and for the right amout of time..
Tweetalready had this happen personally...here is my deal
Kidney function levels are tested by the amount of creatinine in your blood.
Creatine gets converted to creatinine in your body.
So all creatine does is give off false alarms when taking it if you get blood work. I was taking CEE (creatine ethyl ester) and my doc took my blood work, came back and almost made it seem if I was going to die. Stopped the creatine, came back one week later and perfect!
TweetJust posted a thread on creatine in the AAS/Health articles forum.Originally Posted by space mountain

Tweeta-bomb ... u are what your avatar says lol nah i wanted to tell her that !
