TweetNo, none of the shakes. You might get tired but I know guys who get tired on clen so it's totaly an individual thing. The most common side of T3 is sweating, lots of nasty sweating. I literally would get up at night and sometimes take a shower I was so soaked. That part sucks. You pillow is all wet, you sheets are all wet, everything. And if you don't shower atleast twice a day the extra oil production that comes with sweating will clog some pours and can cause acne. Well, it did in me. Tweetthat all depends on weather or not you have a strong stomach or not. i can take pretty much any pill on an empty stomach with no problems. if you've never had any probelms in the past in regards to taking pills, i don't see it as a problem.

Tweeti'd stop for a week or so, then start over. no need for your thyroid to be gettin all outta whack from upping doses, backing off doses. just take a week or so off, then start again. start at 25mcg for 4 days, next 4 days go up to 50mcg, next 4 days up to 75mcg, next 4 days up to 100mcg, next 4 days up to 125mcg, then back down the same way you built it up.
TweetIMO, now that you are already up to 100mcg I would NOT stop. If you do decide to stop, ramp it down slowly! Don't just stop cold turkey, that could play havoc with your thyroid...
Also, I personally think you did fine following the 5/40/55 rule. I personally don't ramp up much anymore, but I do ramp down very slowly. What sold me on not ramping up was the medical literature I read regarding T3. They don't have you ramp up at all!
So to sum it up, IMO you are fine. Continue what you are doing. As for your question, everyone reacts differently, but I don't notice much when I'm on T3 other than being tired all the time. Some of my friends say they get sweaty and hotter, but I never did.

TweetAnyone use the Novathyrol (sp) it has a combination of t3/t4.
