      I never sweat on clen. I've used over 200mcg a day and don't sweat.

      Yep, it's the first kind I ever took. If it's real, you will know with the first tab. LOL Back when I got my hands on it the philosophy was to take 1 tab, wait an hour, take another, wait an hour, take another, wait an hour and then take the forth one. Holy crap, I would get so jittery it was impossible to focus. LOL But, even back then (10 yrs ago) guys were smart enough to know that you took it 2 days on/2 days off. The reason being the half life is about 36 hours and it's starts to become ineffective in about 2 weeks if you take it every day.

      Mick-G can explain the 'why' much better than I can.
      I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

      You can take benadryl to help refresh receptors 1 in the am and 1 at nite b4 bed, but 2 on 2 off is the best way to take clen and better for you as well. I can explain more fully but i have to find the article, lol. Iam running it that way right now at 100mcg. Of course you still have to ramp it up.
