I tried shooting in the bicep for the first time a few days ago and here is how it went. I used prop and fina in a 5/8 25g pin. Everything was good except for when I woke up my bicep was rd swollen and hurt like hell. I could not lift for three days because I couldn't fully extend my arm. Has this hppened to anyone? Did I do something wrong? Need some help here fellas. Thank in advance......Edge

never tried prop, but from what i hear it hurts, my first and only bicep shot bruised over, and then i found spot injections dont really produce any localized muscle (or we would all do it). However my delt did the same thing, got swollen and the red slowly made its way down my arm, I dont think i went deep enough, or for some reason my body had a reaction to it.

You will be okay in a few days, it took my shoulder a full week to get to normal, Dont worry to much about it unless the pain gets continually worse instead of better, then it might be an infection.

yes it hurts at first but you can still train. The first few reps will hurt like hell but if you tough it out it will make the pain go away alot faster.

I did get fever redness from 200mg per cc susp/prop, made my arm real stiff also

your body must get used to prop. When it comes to prop, diltue it with some fina, eq, deca etc. Slowly lower the dilution mls, and you can get to the point where you will love prop in the bis, swells mine up a nice half inch each time, and makes them much more vascular. Hell, this cycle, ive stuck my bis sometimes 3-4 x a week.
