      well fellas my stuff is looking pretty good heres my numbers


      triglycerides 143
      HDL 54
      vldl 11
      ldl 87



      the LDL's seem maybe a little high in the range so i don't know if that's good or bad but doc said everything looked fine i had a complete test ran minus test counts

      cool, i just got my results back yesterday 187/34 which doesn't sound that great, but it's a hell of a lot better than 260/5!

      your, LDL looks fine james. Usually it should be between 80 and 100 im pretty sure. Mine is 113 and doc said that is still elevated but very good and nothin to worry about.
