      Yes...for bulking I do. And, that is not much over maint. levels as I stay constant on about 3300 cals.

      Yes...I do but starting April 1st. I am just planning ahead, getting the diet intact, AS ordered, etc.

      Currently try to add some pounds and stay in 34" jeans. so far, so good. I've added 5 pounds and still am in 34" jeans. I am working on adding weight from 1/9/2006 until 4/1/2006...about 12 weeks. Then I'll start the plan you've sent to me.
