TweetNot really, I knew a dude back in ATL that died of liver failure at 39 years old from using gear. Now, did he have a pre-existing condition? Not according to his medical records he didn't. With your current cycle, I don't think you even need the winny. If you eat clean, you should be fine. Hell, the test alone should put 8 pounds on you, the EQ and Tbol will just make sure it's 8 (or more) solid pounds.

i don't know man... i've heard stories like this before, but have only seen conclusive evidence when it comes to unhealthy adults taking orals to treat conditions (i.e. not for muscle building). maybe your boy drank or took other drugs as well? who knows
i have known dudes who took dbol in excess of 70mg/day for months on end who never had anything beyond some elevated liver values that went back down within a week or so of cessation.
i just think that in the case of a healthy athlete who does not drink or use rec drugs liver toxicity isn't a concern unless they are using super doses for extended periods of the harshest of drugs (adrol, halo)

Tweeti can always see how im getting on as to wheather i need to take the winny, i will do some more researching on the whole liver thing, just a quick one, i have been told by some many differnt ppl that your body can only handle between 23-25g protein at a time, and by others i have been told get as much as you can inside you, what y'all think?? reason i ask is cos when im on my cycle i want to know exactly how much protein to be taking.

TweetYour protien intake is crucial in any cycle. Whether you are bulking or cutting you need to be taking in 1.5 to 2g of protien per pound of bodyweight every day. Your body will only be able to absorb certain amounts at any one time so taking 120g in 1.5 hours, most of that will just be excreted in urine. Space your doses out through the day included in all of your meals, and dont get all of your protien through shakes either. A couple during the day and the rest should be through food. This will insure that your body is getting a constant flow of the nutrients it needs to grow.

Tweetyeah that is what i've been trying to do, i've been keepin my protein intake at around 360g ed, whilst keepin my carbs low, its been working i think cos im down to 13%bf now, but have hit a platau.
