So I took a trip last month to Hermosillo and Monterrey. I was in meetings most of the time and I didn't really get a chance to go look for some gear. But I did see a lot of pharmacies and vets along the way. I was initially planning to ship some back but I didn't even get the time to find a FedEx or UPS store. I don't know, it probably wasn't a good idea to ship anyway. But if I had tried to bring some back with me, it probably would have worked since I didn't get searched by customes. Co-worker and I were in suits and the agent just basically waved us through after asking about our business trip.

Now in two weeks I'm scheduled to go to Baja through TJ. I'm driving this time so its really tempting to get some gear and bring it back across the border. I've never done this before so any of you bros that have experience, I would really appreciate the advice via PM.

Another attempt at busting someone here. Everyone here is going to tell you to not do it. Go somewhere else with your clever tactics.

What the... I didn't know you get busted for giving tips on how to bring gear accross the border? Maybe I'm wrong kid but I'm certainly not a narc. I've been around way back in the days when fitnessboard was still around. Gearedup (RIP) used to hook me up. Anyways...

BTW, before you came out shooting some crazy shit about me tryin to bust someone, you should have checked my profile and read my postings that go way back since 2003. If you count my posts at fitnessgeared and massmonsterz, I might not look like such a newbie afterall. I do not post a lot like some of you *****s but I definitely read the boards and contribute info via PMs. :-)

You just sounded like someone trying to narc with these recent posts about Mexico. Good luck with that.

it just doesn't seem like it is worth the risk to me, I am sure that there are 100's of people who get away with it every day......but I wouldn't try it

The real issue is that the board rules say not to advise anyone on how to perform an illegal activity. To abed in the plan to get gear out of mexico would make one of us as guilty as the one who does it. It's just the rules. That's why you got the response you did.

Now, to your question. No way bro. With all the stuff going on in this country I would have to say don't do anything illegal when it comes to crossing the border by plane or car. There is way to many things that can happen.
