I have never used it but have read about it alot, all it is is injectable phosphatidylcholine. It seems a pretty extreme measure to take with all the little subq injections and possiblity for infection, on top of that, although it will break down the cell membranes of hte fat cells, you still have to do exercise to burn off the fats that are released or they can collect elsewheres and end up looking strange. I think its much better to just stick to diet and cardio and possibly eca/y if help is needed to mobilize fat. One shouldnt have to go any further than that.

ou can find tons of info on it by doing a search for Lipostabil (lots of people ahve posted their experiences over at chemical anarchy- beware though that site sells kits so the info may be biased)

its just because i had an accident about 3 years ago and have dammaged my knee so i cant do the extensive cardio that is required, it is a very expensive means of getting rid of the last bit of fat around my tummy but i feel at the mo, its pretty much a last effort thing, i have taken clens but not really had much gains from them, and my diet is pretty good but just dont seem to be shifting the last bit of fat.

It would especially not be good for you then- it will break down the cell membranes of the fat cells but NOT burn off the fatty acids inside the membranes- they will eb released and then recollect in different areas of your body. It only breaks down the cell membranes not the fatty acids themselves. (same as ephedrine will weaken the membranes, but lipostabil does nothing to increase body temp or metabolism even)

try some cycling or swimming, those are much easier on your joints then running.

Swimming would be the best for joints, I also think its one of the best forms of exercise period as far as overall body workout and good cardio. If you focus on eating really clean you shouldnt have any problem dropping fat, although eating clean is much easier said than done. Pay attention to calories, try to only get good carbs and good fats, and track your daily cals and macro (I use fitday.cmo its free)

As far as supplements for helping, I would suggest and eca or ecy. If your not doing much cardio though I would focus on clean diet and calorie intake and by tweaking that you will be able to accomplish what you want to.
