No flamin at all, but before you stick a pin in your body, you need the exact info on all the shit you are shooting. how much is needed and how long to be on ..... then PCT.. you have to read brother.. ive just seen alot of silly shit before, and want all of us to be safe.. and sticking a pin in your body and not having your cycle dialed in. not good brother..

But any new info would be great so what to do from here?????

it's good that you ran the winny at the end of your cycle; it's a decent anti-e in it's own right and can come in handy at the end of a cycle when the estrogen has built up in your system. depending on your bodyweight, 20mg can be a very effective dose. i have gotten stellar results off 25mg/day at 225lbs. i can only imagine what it would be like at 40 or 50mg/day! i'll have to try that.

if you're going to run the nolvadex as PCT then i would start it up 10 days after your last shot of test. i like badasz32's dosage suggestion
