TweetHow old are you and how long you been training? 185 is still preety slim to need AAS yet. I'm 6'2, and was stalled out at a lean 220 after quite a few years of training when I succumbed to temptation.
There is no substitute for experience......
Tweeti was the same height and about the same weight when i started but i had been training and eating for years to get to that weight.....really your cycle looks solid, i personally wouldnt even drop the dosage down on the deca, but its not gonna make a great deal of difference the way u are planning it. If u think u are ready go for it but true u still need to hit the weights hard and the kitchen harder.

Tweettrue, i didnt even look at his pct....i think u could benefit from some hcg combined with the nolvadex, i believe nolvadex to be similiar in effect to clomid as far as stimulating natural production but ive never ran nolvadex w/o hcg, where as ive ran clomid by itself many times with semi success. ive done a handful of cycles and im still trying to get this part down to my liking.Originally Posted by Skarhead

Personally I would( if I had a cycle or two under my belt) do something like:
Test enath or cyp 500mg/wk 1-12
Deca 400mg/wk 1-11
(if you choose to do prop at the end)
Prop 100mg eod weeks 12 and 13
..starting on week 14...
Nolvadex 60mg ED 10 days
Nolvadex 40mg ED 10 days
Nolvadex 20mg ED 10 days

Tweethey thanx for the feedback. this will be my 3rd cycle and the strongest ive used yet. i am a long distance swimmer (explains my weight) and am very solid. im 25. i've been lifting since i was 17, and started to cycle roids when i turned 22. i took a two year break from gear and am just getting started again. super test-250 is what i'm using. my peek weight was around 210 before i discontinued my last cycle do to loss of a supplier. any more feedback would be appreciated.

TweetJust to add to my post above. A person's body type has a lot to do with their natural capability. Genetics play a key role here. Though this guy may indeed not be ready for AAS, it is better to get more background on him about his size and workout history. Some people might weigh only 180 but may have started working out when tyhey were 130 or 40. Just some things to think about.

Tweetyeah, i have small bone structure and was always skinny. i'm look alot bigger than i am and i have used gear in the past and know what i'm doing. just cause i'm a little light for my height doesn't meen much to me cause i know that if i didn't work my ass off in the gym, eat my ass off, and get plenty of rest, i'd probly be @ 160-165 max! i still appreciate the feedback though and i always learn a liitle somethin from u guys, or at least get reminded of stuff that could be beneficial. i'll def adjust my pct. i'll also shortin my cycle from 20 wks to 14. peace
