TweetPretty much the same thing here. It was my left shoulder. I had some probs with the short head biceps tendon, bone spur and torn rc. Had it scoped was out of it for about a year, did some rehab and now it's as good as new. Well, maybe not "new", when it rains or get's cold I still have some slight pain, but that's life.Originally Posted by FUZO

DO NOT PUSH IT, OR YOU WILL HAVE MAJOR REGRETS.Originally Posted by kite

TweetI had a full thickness rotator cuff tear 4 years ago. They coudn't fix it with the scope...had to open it up, trim away the damaged tendon, screw it all down, grind out the socket so the ball would fit in there correctly again, blah, blah. 4 months out of the gym, religeously doing my rehab excercises (mostly using a pulley for range of motion). I let myself get some strength back before gassing up again, probably 75% of what I could do prior to the injury. It took nearly a year, but I was back to full speed, and no further problems. If you lift too much too quick, you will just reinjure yourself.
There is no substitute for experience......
Tweeti had it scoped, torn super spanadis, bone spurs, impingment, bursitis. with in 2 weeks i had full range of motion but i didnt lift for 3 months and even then there was some pain. I made a full recovery and i still do prehab now. Im still swimming in college and im badder than ever. Just take it slow bro. I personally wouldnt use gear until atleast 6 months post surgery.

TweetI didnt use AAS right away, I rehabbed till i hit my max. I could hit my legs, Bis, tris, hard, till i got to chest and Shoulders and Lats, not very hard, Cause of the injury. So once i brought AAS in after a few weeks i could do more than my max before, it really put training over the bump. if you want more info let me know, hope i answered your ? Still asleep
